Orlando is also home to Legoland, Gatorland, Seaworld, and a range of other parks to suit any age group.

Only ten minutes away from Universal Orlando is International Drive, the main tourist area of the city. On this 11 mile strip you can find Orange County Convention Centre (the second largest convention centre in the United States), along with a variety of different attractions from designer boutiques to discount outlet stores, amusement parks to museums, and gourmet restaurants to massive U.S. fast food chains.

Kennedy Space Center

While in Orlando, make sure you visit the Kennedy Space Center! Here the story of NASA’s innovation in the face of astronomical challenges, their eventual journey to the stars, and their legacy is revealed to all who visit.

At the Space Centre you will find the annals of exploration held in the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, along with inspiring recordings of the world’s pioneers of space travel detailing their experience. You may even get to meet a real-life astronaut who is ready to answer any of your questions, or see an actual rocket launch from the safety of a nearby observation deck or from inside the main centre! This incredible centre will surely be the most inspiring day out of your time in Orlando, and is essential for anyone looking for a full American experience!
