Best holiday ever location is super the self catering apartment are lovely plenty of shops and bars and there is plenty to do would like to thank Sarah for recommend this place she is very pleasant lady and very accommodate would defentiley come back here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Tui displayed professionalism from the initial contact with Lisa Kearney in Best4Travel, Charlestown, Dublin to the Tui chartered flight to the clean comfortable hotel and its friendly staff. The trip was good value considering it included half board. The weather was not the best but nobody can be blamed for that. The stand out features of this holiday was the:service we got from:

- Lisa Kearney of Best4Travel in Dublin. She said our Tui experience would be great she she was right. She encouraged us to take this holiday and answered all our queries with speed and friendliness.

- Stuart as the Tui representative. He clearly loves his job and his pleasure seemed to be the satisfaction he gets from ensuring our holiday was trouble-free and memorable. Even when clearly off duty he had no problem giving us 100% of his attention and answering our queries honestly and accurately.

Hotel was still as beautiful as ever. However, our package - Full Board Plus had changed since we were last there. The Comodo Restaurant was not included for lunch and drinks on this package. There was a charge of 2.50 per item and drinks at full price for lunch which was a disappointment. The same with the beach bar and restaurant for lunch also. Although we had booked a double room we were assigned a twin on the ground floor which was very dark and no sun at all on the small patio. Our sunday night boat trip was cancelled for weather reasons, which was also a disappointment and weather seemed perfect!.

The taxi collection both ways was excellent and made a big difference to us, so thank you for this.

We will certainly return again but next time would take an all inclusive package.

Lovely holiday and will definitely go back.

Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable, food was good, quite area, we would have liked if there was a few hooks in the bathroom/shower area to hang our clothes while showering, only a small point.

Staff was very helpful and courtiers, entertainment was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back,

Only complaint we have is that we never saw the Thompson rep all week, we asked the reception staff if he/she was around they didn't see them either. The Thomas Cook rep was there every day and a timetable was on the reception desk . We also had to go looking for the Thompson rep at the airport, we would have to consider whether to travel with Thompson again or not.

We have booked various holidays including cruises with your company and have received excellent help etc. from your great staff at your Nutgrove shop Thank you for all the great holidays we have enjoyed and 16 of us are off once again to Kos on the 1st July. We celebrated our 25th anniversary on the Vision of the seas. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. A big Thank You to Monica in the Bar. She treated us like family. Service was excellent. The Greek islands we visited were out of this world. Captains night was absolutely brilliant and I would recommend this holiday to anyone. We're definitively coming back. very helpful and pleasant to deal with.It was also in a lovely area with nice walks.Would recommend it for a holiday

This is the 5th year in a row that myself and my wife have holidayed in these apartments and we have never been disappointed.The apartments tick all the boxes,the staff are very friendly and the location is perfect.Try it out yourself and you will discover what we have discovered.Also in this day and age the holiday cost is not overexpensive for what you are getting.

Brilliant family holiday. Apartments had great facilities and really central location to a lovely town with lots of shops and a variety of good restaurants. Two bed apt was a bit small for a family of 5 and a little dated but absolutely spotlessly clean and well serviced.

We have had holidays in lanzone for 20 years....In December we spent 10 lovely days in Lanzarote had a great time

From the moment we spoke to the lovely and most helpful girls in best4travel who looked after our every needs and nothing was a problem for them, they were excellent. Everything was arranged for us and the holiday went very smoothly from the transfers from the airport to the wonderful time we spent, it was a super experience. ten out of 10 to all involved!!!

Thank you for finding an amazing holiday for us. Peurto Rico is a great place and the Revoli apartments are brilliant. They offer great buffet meals in the evening and the snack menu is great value. The apartments are spotless and cleaned daily. Staff are very friendly. Entertainment by Leo throughout the day and night was brilliant. Our 5 children really enjoyed him. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Very good food in this hotel also very convenient to use card key to purchase anything in this hotel.
