• Tivoli World Theme Park: What better way to spend the day than at Costa del Sol’s Number 1 Amusement Park! Bravely climb the ‘Mansion of Terror’, hold on tight to the ‘Free Fall Tower’, take a picture at the top of a giant ferris wheel, from which you can see all of the other exciting rides, restaurants and activities across Tivoli World!


• Sea Life Benalmádena: A trip to Sea Life in Benalmádena is the perfect way to keep the young ones occupied, while being both fun and educational! The aquarium is fit with an interactive rock-pool experience, where visitors can pet and feed a variety of marine animals. Tour guides are also available to take you through Sea Life’s wonderful collection of aquatic species, including starfish, clownfish, otters, turtles, seahorses, stingrays, octopuses, and even some sharks!


• Castillo Monumento Colomares: This gorgeous, fairytale castle in Benalmádena may look like it’s been in the area forever, however it was actually built as a monument to the explorer Christopher Columbus relatively recently; between 1987 and 1994! The unique design of the castle was built to fit several styles common in Spain, including Byzantine, Romanesque, Gothic, and Moorish.


• Benalmádena Stupa: The final project of the acclaimed Buddhist master Lopon Tsechu Rinpoche was to build a traditional Buddhist stupa in Benalmádena, to represent peace, prosperity, and harmony. The stupa was inaugurated in 2003 and has become a major tourist attraction ever since! At 33 metres tall, the Benalmádena Stupa is the largest such monument in Europe, and is uniquely fitted with a small meditation room and exhibits on Tibetan Buddhism and Himalayan culture.
