The main beach in Playa de las Américas, Playa de Troya, is one of the best known beaches in Tenerife. Its fine, golden sand and clear, blue waters make Playa de Troya the perfect example of a dream beach holiday!

As with its neighbour Playa del Camisón, the waters in Playa de Troya are shallow enough to make it child friendly, with a lifeguard on duty during the busy season. Sunloungers and parasols stretch out in rows at the back of this vast beach, leaving plenty of room for activities closer to the water.

Siam Park

Just 1.5 km outside of Playa de las Américas you will find Siam Park, the frequently rated #1 Waterpark Worldwide on TripAdvisor.com! Tickets into the park are available to order online, though evidence may be needed at the entrance to verify a child’s age. The park’s rides are divided into three categories: ‘Relax’, ‘Family’, and ‘Adrenaline’, so there’s something to suit everyone!
